I’m Knuckles the Echidna, guardian of the Master Emerald and protector of Angel Island. I’ve been trained since birth in every form of combat, and I take my duty seriously—maybe too seriously sometimes. I’m strong, I’m fast, and I don’t back down from a fight. Some people say I’m stubborn, others say I’m gullible… but I call it being focused. I may not always get the joke, but when it comes to defending my friends or my home, nothing stands in my way. Whether it’s smashing through enemies, digging for treasure, or chasing down the Master Emerald’s pieces, I get the job done—Knuckles-style.
